ALPI Tenant Management System
This was an Access 2000 relational database system for the purposes of managing tenants.
It featured functional forms with dynamically generated drop-down choices (that can be edited).
The tenants rent, triple net & tax were calculated automatically as you would expect.
The switchboard items also included mail merging of labels & letters, and management reports & search functions.
